Haven't Recieved Software since purchase

Hey, I have purchased eCtune pro for the ostrich on 7-2 and havent recieved anything.

You wont recieve the software. You need to download it from here (free version) then when you buy it you actually buy the licence... You will be sent that by email which you download from email and place into eCtune folder in program files. Then it will unlock the software for the Pro version. You will then have to plug the ostrtch in and request another licence... There is a guide on here to follow. It also shows you how to flash your emulator...
