Request Licence

Hey guys, How often are you guys with a single licence having to request a licence ? At the moment i'm requesting a licence every week or 2 and its really pissing me off. I'm not sure why this is but i would like to know if there is anyone else in the same boat as me. If anyone knows what could be causing me this problem please let me know. I have a ostrich 2 and huglog both are around 9 months old. Thank you
