Help Stuck in a parking lot

long story short i had some extra time before my appointment so i decided to install ECTune on my windows 7 partition instead of the XP partition. I have an ostrich 2 and HUlog, i can only download the Demon version and placing the ostrich license file in the ect folder results in the 004H error. I cannot get ECT to recognise my ostrich (demon version?) to update or register the ostrich. The car is in limp home mode and ive got 7 clients to see today lol. I know my fault for messing with the car during the day, but how can i get the proper version of ECT and the correct license for the ostrich? thank you in advance for any help!

You can only have one license for one pc; this being said it may be the same hardware, but ectune will see the different os/partition as a different pc. No way around this. Use your old install... Or wait for a new license like I have been for a while.
