problems registering(says expired)

Im having to re-register due to the fact that I installed a new HD in my netbook as a performance upgrade. So, now I have a new machineID and now of course I need to re-register my Ostrich with eCtune. I have already sent the first registration email and got a response from my vendor(Xeno). copy the license over to the eCtune directory. Trying to start up program to register ostrich, but the program will no longer open. Say that ostrich has expired with an error message of MSGID 006H. Tried reinstalling and running force update before and after copying license to install directory,. but still no go... So, whats going on?

MSGID 006H: License expired Same problem here after an upgrade from Vista to W7. I received a new license file but it still doesn't work...
