need new reinstal, calvin is dead?

hi from france, i wrote at calvin there 1 or 2 weeks ago, but no answers my cat had broken my hard disk (fall down on the floor), i need to buy a new hd and reinstal a new windows how to reactivate ectune?

i receive my hard disk today, i re instal now my windws vista i send at kelvin my new file?

First you have to do a re-install inc eCtune. Just do what you did the first time incl the key request. Then sent Calvin a mail with \"new key request\" as tittle and you will get a new key.

i tried to open after the new instal but i have this message ectune_nat.dll not found i can t open ectune without this files

news i instal again ectune, directly with the download link on the website now i have this message: lock system msgis 002h..... old version and ectune force update in start menu don t work webupdate failed with error.... someone can help me?

ow sorry ectune ask me to force update, but the webupdate don t work one file failed i search c:\\program files\\ectune\\\\\\ectune.chm my fire wall is desactivate for test
