ostrich license?

Everything worked perfectly the last time I tuned the car but I tried to connect my ostrich a couple weeks ago and ectune is telling me the ostrich serial is false. So I requested a new ostrich license and got an automated email saying there was already a license and it would make a new one. After that I have received nothing. I have emailed Calvin twice and still no response. Can anyone help? thanks

I requested the license on 4-10-11. Then sent an email a couple days later.

I had exactly the same problem. Everything worked very well with my Ostrich 2 : - turboedit for PM7 - BRE for PW0 A I started eCtune, it told me to request licence, and a email will be sended. I don't have the email, but the worst thing is that my Ostrich doesn't work !! Even after 100x reset ! So I can't have any of my different ECU work ... It's very, very annoying for something that everybody paid $175.

After hours of searching I discover this :
http://www.moates.net/zips/doreset.zip It can *really* reset the Ostrich to make it work again with TurboEdit, Crome or other.

last tuning job i was successfull on getting ectune to re-pair with my ostrich 1 after using CROME... and I had no issues with not connecting through crome. after next tuning session, ill post my results on how to get it to work proper.
