Hi, I have a new laptop and have now requested and been waiting for license file for 5 weeks. I have emailed, registered through EcTune software, sent a message on the website communicator. I have had no response what so ever. I am nearlly at the point of buying the software AGAIN due to my car being off road for too long now. But I am not that confident I will get a licence then either. Can anyone comment on Calvin's presence? Am I likely to get this license? Thanks Mark

This is what I do. it has taken an hour before, it took a month before... depends if hes in a 3rd world country, or at home... email him saying you requested your license again, then be patient. I normally give reminder emails after a week.
