I had to get my laptop cleaned from a virus. The person put Windows 7 on it. Is that version compatible (I previously had XP pro)? I installed .NET 3.5, and adobe flash, however, EcTune won't load (locked out/old version). When told to force update it said: web update failed with error. Access to path: 'C/ ProgramFiles/Ectune///ectune.chm is denied' Please help
