This problem is going on with my 95 accord, just did an f20b swap, using p06 converted and chipped. When ever I start my car, the o2 voltage stays at 3.78 for a looong time. Not even under close loop will the number change. It only starts to read right(between 0.3 and 0.7 volts) once I start driving. Same result if o2 heater is activated or not. The weird thing is that if I have the o2 heater activated, the barometer sensor/mini air filter on the driver side starts clicking. When I turn the car off, and on again, the same problem starts all over. Reinstalled ectune, did new cal, twice. Changed the oxygen sensor, got and NGK sensor. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I´m guessing it simply takes a while for the O2 sensor to reach operating temperature. /Allan
