Port errors causing eCtune crashes.

Post by Joey Misanthropy »

If the USB cable becomes unplugged suddenly, or USB communications are interrupted for whatever reason, when eCtune is expecting to be able to communicate with the Ostrich (and I suspect datalog) the app closes itself with no error messages. I replicated this several times the other day, most notably by unplugging the Ostrich and within .5 to 2 seconds attempting to send the calibration. Every time eCtune closes. This really sucks if you haven't saved the most recent changes to .bin/.cal.
