individual cylinder correction layout

Post by Spawne32 »

quick question about the individual cylinder fuel corrections, i want to add 1% to cylinder #2 which is showing signs of being leaner then the rest. This is the second cylinder to the right of the distributor according to the service manual, 1-2-3-4 facing the engine or 1 being the shortest spark plug wire. In ectune the individual cylinder correction is layed out 1-4-2-3, and im not sure if the number ectune indicates is the one i should change or its position in the sequence.

1-4-2-3 is the firing order. cylinder1 is at the cam gears, cylinder4 is at the distributor. (I think, pulling from memory, and it tends to suck at times) :?
this is my $0.02, keep in mind that I can't spell

ok so, i want to add fuel to cylinder number ...3 then, and I would want to add it to the one that says cylinder 3 in ectune, regardless of the fact that its layed out 1-4-2-3 rather then 4-3-2-1.
