use big letters as mail header like: LICENSE REQUEST! That will help.

My license was expired. I sent a mail and within 1 day I received a new license.xml Thumbs up!

Ive been waiting for a week for my yearly reg to be sent. Usually it comes _before_ I even attempt a re-register I believe. I submitted a new machine request from the same machine, and I also emailed him in the manner that is asked. I have been with eCtune for a long time... it only happens once a year, and isnt always a problem in my past... so I am patiently waiting. My gripe is I cant even run the app to de-vendorize my ostrich and tune customers cars with CROME... I have to manually save a crome .BIN, and use EMUTILITY to upload the .bin after EVERY change in the ROM... all because the vendor on the ostrich isnt blank so RTP wont function at all on other applications. I wish the software still launched and worked; so I could go into the emulator info and de vendorize my damned ostrich without resetting the ostrich's serial # and making my registration process ten times longer. -Al

If I don't hear something by this weekend I'll be severely ticked off... Been loosing a lot of work because I can't devendorize my ostrich properly to be able to tune customers cars. At this point I could care less about using ectune because I tune my customers on Crome unless they purchase ectune, and I have a crome tune for my own car because of this problem a year ago.
