cant get boost controller to work

i am using a apexi solenoid(that has been tested)and i have an external wastegate setup. i have the solenoid grounded through a11 (egr) and a 12v source from the fuse panel. i cant seem to get it to work though ive tried ever setting there is. any suggestions?

Do you have the write-up about the boost controller? There are some good tips in it.
