Can a dealer turn a .bin into a .cal file for me? Pulled it off a friends car that is having issues.

The tuner version does have provisions for reading a ROM... but; you would need to find a tuner that will burn a final chip for free; which I think they pay for.

I HAVE a chip, I need the it turned into a calibration for use with a demon and ectune. I do not need anything modified, the car was purchased \"tuned\" with unknown features.
