Ectune Setup file

Hey im trying to download ectune on my new laptop and I cannot find the setup file. The link on wiki page and in the update sticky do not work. The link to download the update file is good but the regular installer/setup file does not. Can anyone help? Thanks

looks like the installer on the wiki is finally broken. I attached a .rar see if it works.
