stock narrowband help

Anyone know how to setup the afr readings for the stock o2 sensor? I've seen alot of YouTube videos where their stock o2 sensor is being used for afr tuning and it just automatically works for them but when I copy their settings, my afr reading is stuck at 10.44 with a voltage of 3.30. It will dip down to 1.10 while cruising but afr stays at 10.44. Any help is appreciated, im new to using this software.
