Misc Bugs / Ideas

I was bored today so I took some time to go through and find some more bugs. The graph below table button still says \"below table\" when its already at the bottom. The rpm vs afr vs boost live plot diplays in mbar, it should read in whatever unit you have selected in the settings like PSI or KPA .. when the datalogging graph window is in focus, it would be nice if you could move back and forth and play/stop with the keyboard.. Like left arrow step backwards by frame, right arrow step forwards by frame, space = toggle playback/stop.. This would make navigating the dataloging graph easier.. Also it would be cool if there was an option for recording datalogs that would automatically save the recorded datalog when you stop datalogging, just auto name it .cal name + time + date, or somthing to that affect, this way when you have a car that you have to start and stop alot you can have it broken up into multiple datalog files that are easier to sift through than one long one. Also that way you don't have to stop and save the file everytime you start or stop datalogging. if there are snapshots you can append what snapshot it was recorded under also. Another bug I found that may have been mentioned before.. Its not saving 2D 3D graph position settings.. For instance if I do a 3bar map and I scale everything to fit, when I open another map, I have to move the 2d 3d graph section again to uncover the MAP. Also if I switch between graph below table and graph beside table it looses its window setting and I have to move it everytime.. Not a big deal but kinda anoying having to move it everytime you open a map and switch graph positions. I think thats all for now, I'll look more when the R3 is released. I think there were some other things but i'll have to look again later..

-Graph window has keyboard control FYI. Check shortcut keys menu. I believe ctrl + arrow or shift + arrow -Live graph noted -Table below Noted -Table/graph spilter i'll have a look -Autosave log file... i'll think of something... Its possible to save it under the cal/bin name + date_time in the folder where the cal/bin is.

cool, yeah its a pain holding control and arrow vs just hitting the arrows, same for like control + J, rather just hit J .. Havn't messed with shortcut keys yet I'll play with them today..

Might want to keep some of the CTRL + * keys due to street tuning. I frequently hit keys not meaning to due most cars I have been in lately are lowered and the slightest bump sends my hand forward usually. Use CTRL on some of the volatile keys and the others that just tab or toggle make straight \" *\" key to simplify. Just a thought.
