In Parameters -> Fuel & Ign Table setting, theres a box for Fuel & Ignition table columbs, changing this doesn't seem to make any difference.. It looks like it tries to do somthing and I get like a refresh but the tables don't change.

Are you trying to increase the number of collumns? Try Alt + Left Arrow
