Help, .rar how to extract .rar

Ok, total newb question probably, but how am i supposed to extract the files from the setupxxx.rar file??

FWIW, the rar file caused me some head-ache. I had an older version of winrar that complained the file was corrupt and my Linux version of unrar didn't like it either. I wasn't able to unrar the file until I grabbed a new version of winrar.
