Tip-in issue causing car to bog at low RPM

First off: I'm not a pro tuner, just a simple DIYer...please keep that in mind.
With that being said, I can't for the life of me figure out what is causing this Tip-in issue that's plagued me since I removed my MSD ignition in favor of stock. The story goes that even with the MSD 6A box installed 100% correct, something was awry which caused my timing to be approx 8 degrees retarded. Chris at Xenocron had a horrible time trying to figure out what was going on, but did notice that by adding timing to the whole map the engine was putting out better numbers. Long story short, he provided an additional CAL file that had the assumed stock timing (for use after I remove the MSD box) which does is actually in place right now and running excellent with the exception of this minor issue. The issue is that every time I blip or tap the throttle at low RPMs, the car bogs for a second and then recovers. Successive taps on the throttle at idle will even sometimes stall my car completely...so to get around this i've had to learn to slip the clutch so as to avoid said condition. However, now that I have the single car license i'd like to be able to fix this issue, but i've been unsuccessful thus far... So far i've tried playing around with the various values in the TPS Tip-in ignition correction and the Fuel Trim TPS Tip-in % with little change, so I don't wind up screwing my tune completely can someone please lend some advice? I've attached the datalog (.elf file) of the issue in action, and below is a graph from the same log indicating the issue:
This log was done while sitting at idle in neutral.
