Bad alternator?

I cut the \"C\" wire and disabled the ELD on my new alternator. No more problems. Lowering the charge voltage is BS IMO.

My guess would be that the "C" wire and alt control wire is the same? I would have to give it a shot! :D

obd1 A16. try disable both ELD and ALT in eCtune... if that doesn't help cut the wire

What does disabling the ALT Control actually do? Just keeps the ALT in High mode all times right?

yes it should i can't test it i don't have it in my car(edm car)... But on an old verion like 0.0.20-0.0.30 it kept in low mode. Burgermass noticed this and i fixed.. So this is a nice opportunity for somebody to test...

alt control works! woohoo! disabled alt control and disabled eld. No more voltage drop :D
