Yea, well I don't know what's doing it...getting frustrating. Changed column 1 to 70mbar and that fixed the overflow error, trace still jumps to the last column and it locks up without giving me an error message. So i'm stuck.

I think you and me have similar problem bud. So I'll just be watching this thread and hopefully I can find a solution. I know the clicking noise is the main relay. When it clicks, datalogging locks up and stops. Here's a log file when it happened. Main relay clicked and datalogging locked and it stopped logging. Had to disconnect. The last part of the log, notice ECT and IAT 291.00*F MIL on and other sensors reading 0V but the car runs just fine.

I've had the same problem two or three times. I disconnected every thing and restarted ectune and the car and it worked fine after that. I've also had a problem when doing multiple data logs and telling it not to save and when i click no it would bring up another program that was opened on the start bar. If i clicked yes and saved it then then there was no problem.

Well got an overflow message again being set at 70mbar even tried my original .cal so i'm stumped...don't know what else I can do. Guess I will just sit tight and wait for the next update.
