gents.. socket booster and grounding the ecu case will probably fix your problems. I have found that ostrich is prone to noise(at least a little) you don't have problems with crome. eCtune uses 32kb area a lot and there the ostrich sometimes doesn't give data to ecu. But grounding the case solved that...

SO I REMOVED J12 AND PROBLEM FIXED!!! Im not sure if it will take care of everyone else's problem but give it a try if the customers ecu is unknown or not chipped by YOU(tuner). Regards, Tony

FIXED!!!!!!!
Ok so yea i got my ecu chipped by a guy named Rich who advertised ecu chipping in my area. Im not saying he intentionally messed it up, maybe it was an honest mistake, but it WAS causing my car to jump in RPMS and the Main Relay to click alot. So, Tony at Facetuned Tuning here in Tacoma, Wa decided to try something out with taking out the J12 thing in the ecu. and Viola! It works!! The problems are all gone and runs good. So if anyone has this problem, try removing j12 and see if it works.
