injector offset for RC650cc (lentency)

Obviously Ectune has already the battery offset for these injectors. But what about injectory lentency? I emailed RC engineering for some info and they said it should be close to factory 240cc injectors. The rep said is the response time for the RC650cc inj (saturated) is about 1.4ms slower than stock. I have the offset at 22FV right now it seems to run fine but I want to get closer to what factory response time if possible. Any ideas?
