Random super rich post fuel

This recently came up after I switched to a Motorola 2.5 bar. Sometimes when I start my car say 15 minutes after its been driven earlier, it will barely stay running for what seems the post fuel time. I have to keep my foot on the gas at 15% throttle and its super rich. Im not sure where to start to fix this. I've heard it could be heat soaking that IAT sensor after the cars been sitting, but if I shut the car off and start it will be fine sometimes.

Look at the IAT in your logs then?
