Upload Calibration shortcut Ctrl+Shift+C not working in r9

Can someone test if the above shortcut works on their laptops? On my laptop it used to work in r8, but not in r9.

I tested it again today. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Oh well, not that critical.
