okay, i am not sure if i used the right sequence to actually update the tune on my ostrich, i saw how to do it a few weeks ago.. i updated ectune with force update opened my saved tune on my computer * got some message about a mixup between cylinder numebrs on something..\"do you want to continue\" something or rather.. - i hit yes -i put rom to my ostrich.. should it now be latest version? I turn my Key on egnition off (KOEO) i get three flashes on my MIL short ones.(indicating version r3 of ectune?) Fuel cut still does not work. Have not had time to make logs yet, will try to do it on the way home from work today and post tomorrow. Can still feel it going off and on like 30 times, worse when car is cold off throttle. Its better, but still not completly fixed. will post logs and cal tomorrow.

okay i ran force update the other day. i will run it again but first i will show you the details on it currently and post a log i took yesterday. in the software i go to the help menu, check for update, it says \"you have latest version...\" i right click on the ectune application it says date created June 15th, 2009. i open ectune . version is 0.0.2.3 r3 here is my log from yesterday. context is driving on highway. map has barely been tuned as far as timing goes, and only 7 psi. ill post both. now ill run force update and do another log, same conditions on the way home, and see if there is any change.

ok awesome, i went to do a force update...and the progress bar did not move.. it got maybe 1/6 done then stopped moving. it froze.. i clicked the x box to close it..it closed now i cant open ectune anymore. says some setup file is missing.. oyy.. :? sweet. the actual ectune application is missing from the ectune folder in program files... do i have to reinstall it? if i do won't my license file be invalid? ill pm you if i cant get it working again after reinstalling EDIT: i reinstalled it saved my license file before i did it, and it appears to atleast boot up again. Crisis averted hopefully..ill try to see how it works on my lunch break.

i forced update yesterday uploaded the new version on my ostrich..problem persisted. i'll change to 225mbar tonight, im going to try to get my ectune boost solenoid working too. also i uploaded my .cal file along with the log, cant you tell what version i was using? i'll still do more logs tonight.. i notice the problem violently shakes the car, say if im slowing down in third gear and i let my rpms drop to 1200 rpm, the car shakes like its exercising a demon.
