tps trouble

hello every body, im having a bit of trouble with a car im working on, it is a civic SiR 95, p30 ecu, with a demon, you set the basemap and then every thing is ok, un plug the laptop and it works fine until the next day that it starts seeing only 0 or 100% tps, calibrated the tps a couple of times with no luck, then did another basemap and it worked ok, i dont know if it is me that am not saving the cal properly or if it is something else thank you for your help

I recently tuned a friends turbo accord and his map sensor would read 30% wot sometimes, and 110% at other times. changed the sensor and calibrated it and it works like its supposed to.

i put on a stock p30 and it doesnt do it it works fine
