ectune wont open

when i try to open up ectune on my computer it encounters a problem and needs to close. tryed repairing and reinstalling still doesnt work

did you install the proper drivers/ framework. Using xp or vista. Softwear is good so it's something on your part

im using xp. and i had it running before. i set it all up and it was working and then i went to use it yesterday and it woulndt open.

post screenshots... mayb need to clear app data from user profile should be in the forum how and were to clear.

this is what i keep getting not sure how to clear the app data, but i completly uninstalled and deleted the folder then reinstalled and im still getting the same error. i also forceupdated and got no help

delete folder \"C:\\Documents and Settings\\<username>\\Application Data\" In4Tec Solutions folder

getting error wen connecting to ecu to put calibration http://img25.imageshack.us/img25/2392/aalph.png also i am now connected with the emulator i hit test and it connects fine but when i try to upload a calibration map it come up with an unhandled expectation.
