Ostrich Version & Demon Version on same Laptop
Hello, I am trying to figure out if it is possible to run both the Ostrich version and Demon version of eCtune on my laptop. My personal ECU is running an Ostrich2 and HuLog Xtreme. My friends car, which I am going to tune next week, is running a Demon. Can I tune both cars on my laptop? We each have separate liscences of course. If not, I can always uninstall and install when I switch between, which will not be on a regular basis I hope. Thank you. Marshall

After a brief email exchange with Calvin a few weeks back, he recommended I make a seperate eCtune folder (call it eCtuneDemon or something to easily distinguish), and install eCtune a second time. Essentially have two functioning versions of eCtune. That way, you can copy the individual license.xml files into their respective folder. Right now I have a few hours of datalogging + tuning done on the Ostrich setup. I have not tried connecting the Demon setup and running the second eCtune installation, this should happen in the next week or so. Once I copied the license.xml file into the eCtune folder and registered my Ostrich, the program name changed in the header from eCtune Demon to eCtune Ostrich. I think this is what initially stumped me because I downloaded the 'Ostrich' version from the eCtune wiki, yet the program header stated 'Demon version'. I can only guess that the default header name is eCtune Demon until you register an Ostrich.
