Syncing b16A1

Hey all. Just a little sync question. I'm currently setting up a Euro B16a1 and need to sync the timing. As far as I know the b16a1 has a 15° (+/- 2°) mark(s) on the pully (as opposed to a 16° mark on newer B-series). So to correctly sync this, i'dd need to lock ectune to 15 deg using the sync tool, and then adjust the distributor so the pully lines up with the middle (15°) mark. Does this seem about right? Also, would a b16A1 run well with the p30 basemap (b16A2 stock map?). Or can anyone suggest a good ignition map for a a1 to start with?

Yes you have to use the timing sync option under tools menu. then set it to 15* so check the dizzy with the gun... thats all...that base map will be ok for your engine.
