Moates 2Timer end EBC

Post by 7rrivera7 »

I have a customer on Crome who purchased a chipped ECU with a 2Timer because he wanted to be able to switch between a NA tune in the street and a nitrous tune at the track. He has recently gone turbo and is going to have his car re-tuned on eCtune and even though it supports dual maps, he wants to use the 2Timer. My question is does eCtune support running 2 BINs on a 2Timer with EBC on each tune without resorting to secondary maps?

you can burn 2 bins on one chip but it wont be necessary. You can solve all with the secondary maps.

But can I also have secondary EBC settings along with the secondary maps?

when you activate high/low boost settings with the same input which activates the secondary maps, yes.

Yep, ectune already has the 2timer features built in... You wouldn't be able to use the 2timer physically anyways... Unless you modified it with a proto board so that you could switch between another ostrich or Crome chip at the same time... But not worth the effort :)
