Weird anti lag issues
I've noticed this quite a few times on a few setups, basically instead of \"brap pap pap pap\", its more like \"brraaaaaaaa\" Sounds awful, like its about to blow up. Normally to get it to stop I have to get real conservative with the anti lag settings, like to the point I might as well just turn it off. I've also seen it do it between shifts during fts antilag as well, sounds scary. Sounds like extreme valve float. Anyone else had these issues? Here are two videos, one with my black dc sounding like it should, and one with a reg eg that I built, hear the difference? It was a lot worse on the red eg.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D6U89W58UH0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91trKNNndXI I'm worried about ectune's antilag, We just had another setup throw a rod while trying to launch it off the anti lag using very conservative settings.

What kind of anti lag fuel values are you all running Chris? I don't think we have ever used more than a 30fv. If we can stay conservative on the timing value and crank the fuel to build more boost I'm good with that. Using less aggressive settings is how we kept it from doing that but I just brought both values down equally as I really was unsure which was causing it. Thanks for your time, DK

Thanks Chris, I have never tried that high of fuel values, I'll give it a shot. Also I'm guessing you prefer the static retard over the normal one?
