maybe because you have Crome and eCtune open at the same time? (kidding) which OS? (XP/Vista/7?) have you updated the .Net framework? edit I'm guessing you have 7 and are not running (or installed) eCtune as an admin.

jejej mi OS is windows 7 yes have update the .Net framework and run as admin :( but before work fine :twisted:

uninstall ectune. download fresh install .rar/.zip from ectune.com go to your home's Application Data folder: C:/ (documents and settings/Users) / <username> / Local Settings / Application Data Delete the \"In4Tec Solutions\" folder and all of it's contents. delete the \"C:/Program Files/eCtune\" directory and all of it's contents as well. Reboot Install ectune. let forceupdate do it's thing. try loading eCtune. If it does not work it's a configuration in your OS that is the problem....
