eCtune is definitely not only useful for the quartermile. I just returned from the Nürburgring with a couple of friends on eCtune, amongst them an EK4 with a bone stock engine + GT2554 turbo. ~240 horsepower might not sound like much, but in a relatively light car with a wide torque band, a decent suspension and semislicks you can surprise a lot of people in much more expensive modern cars. Driveability is exactly as if the car had come from the factory with the turbo. AFR is tuned for mid-high 11s to keep those standard pistons cool. (Props to anyone who can identify the corner the picture was taken ) See you in Nürburg /Allan

Yes it does have an external oil cooler, but the engine itself is completely standard. I didn´t manage to do an eCtune log round the ´ring itself this time - planning to get that done in July. /Allan

Absolutely right! Very nice picture, almost like from a video game! We (TypeR club benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and luxembourg)) are going to spend a weekend in July at the ring. Maybe you can come also? Would be nice!

Props go to Almighty-Si I´ll be back july 8th-11th. There´s the truck GP on that weekend, making it a little harder to find hotels. But on the other hand, as most hotels are booked by Stetson-wearing people on the binge, that means more room at the Nordschleife for us /Allan

Awesome video ! 9 minute lap, not bad considering you had to slow a few times for traffic. That guy in the Supra was a douche...he pulled right thought he was gonna let you go by and then he floored it. Looks like good fun !
