Fixes in R3

Fixed so far: -Psi boostcut editable(still doesn't work as i want, i'll put a drop down to select psi/mbar/ect) -Map scalar editable in native display format(e.g. Psi) -Target AFR set and (incr/decr) bug -Close CTRL-J(adj selection) with Esc -Close Timing Sync with Esc -Min Mbar honda mapsensor changed to -70mbar -Boost cut 1200 RPM bug -Hardcoded ISR baud -Detection of J12/J4 Jumper Working: Moates Encryption/Pairing P.S. Very little time now due to a Job I took
