CEL problems

Post by blenz »

I just installed a turbo into my 97 acura 2.2 CL and I'll be using eCtune to tune it. I'm running a P28 using a OBD2a -> OBD1 conversion harness. At first I was getting a CEL 22 (vtec pressure switch) but I got rid of that by disabling it in the rom. Now I'm getting a CEL 9 (cylinder pressure sensor) that I wasn't getting before. I haven't driven the car at all since getting rid of the first CEL so I'm confused why it would just come on now. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

code nine is cylinder position sensor. That usually means a wire has broke or your dizzy has took a poop. Good luck
