Clavin, to make it clear to english users the error message should say- " You must install .net 2.0, .net 3.0, and .net 3.5 in order for eCtune to work correctly." That will clear up any confusion whether or not you have to install the latest version(3.5) of if you have to install all of them.

After an fresh install of Vista Home Premium I installed .NET 3.5 and all worked out fine. Guess Vista already has .NET 2.0?

I'm pretty sure the production version of Vista ships with .Net 2.0

Im still getting a repetitive window message when I open eCtune up. It says : The version of eCtune currently installed will expire in less than 1 week Please update before 6/14/2008 Please run force update the day before expire date. Is this message true and should wait till the day before 6/14/08 to force update? Or is this some kind of error message? I've already done a force update twice and still does it. Even followed the instruction to do a clean install with no luck.

notice the message tells you the day or night before; so it's not on the server yet; it should warn you when necessary; Calvin is trying to get some last fixes in before the next update... best guess anyways ;)

Don´t worry about re-tuning. As maybe the only Honda ECU-based engine managment software out there, eCtune is normally updated on a regular basis. If tuned on one version, you don´t have to re-tune when the next one is out. /Allan
