Injector Battery Offsets for RDX 410cc

Post by 98vtec »

Has anyone tuned with the RDX injectors yet? I am running them in my h23vtec and i am currently making a basemap for the motor so i can get ectune started up. Would the RC 440's use similar offsets? thanks

as far as I know they haven't been mapped yet. I was planning on doing it when the B series rail gets done. (no idea when that will be) It's really hard to say if they are going to be close to any other injector. Personally I'd start with the stock injector setup and tune it from there. It's not that difficult to do, map them and post your results for everyone else.
this is my $0.02, keep in mind that I can't spell

i wont have the car back til the end of the week but i'm hoping that i can get alot of stuff done this weekend. Summer classes start on monday and thats really gonna limit the amount of time i can put into it. I guess i'll just start with the 290cc and go from there. I will post the results when i get them.

The various injectors are VERY different, and flow rating doesen´t necessarily matter. I would tune from the stock 240cc also... /Allan

The reason I would tune from the 240cc tables is because it´s more flat with less variations from high to low battery voltage. So when I try out the various votages and adjust I get more feedback and I can immediately see what it wants to keep AFR stable. But sure, technically any other injector on the list will do if you tune it. As long as you keep in mind that two manufacturers injectors with the same CC rating don´t necessarily mean they will want the same battery offset. /Allan

im looking in the quick keys and one says \"quick adjust injector offset\". Is this for the injector battery offset?
