Force Update Problem

I have installed and reinstalled ectune trying to get this error message to go away and cannot figure it out. Has anyone else had this issue if so whats the fix???

Thank you so much Calvin. He linked up to my computer and fixed the problem very fast. You cannot have better customer service than that. Cant wait to get my car on the dyno in the comming weeks. eCtune FTW!!!! Ill keep you posted about my results.

now that it is updated I go to start the program to register and it stalls on the loading window... It will not load its got 5 bars on the progress bar and it wont move.

I cant see what im doing wrong now.

been stuck here for an hr+.

uninstall eCtune.. save license.xml and reinstall download from www.eCtune.com
