So far I've had eCtune for about a month. I have had a couple problems with it. Each time I have had a problem, Calvin is quick to hook me up. He sends me a link, once I click on it, he takes care of the rest. He has full control of my laptop, and goes from there. I know he would not hesitate if i had another problem to help me out again. So far, this is by far the best customer support I've ever come across.
