Somthing is wrong with your socket, or how the demon is plugged into the socket, sounds like the ECU isn't reading it. Double check everything..

just make sure its all the way in there and that the pins are lined up prperly, also you did put the 74HC chip in place too? I've had a couple ecus come in that were missing this.. Somtimes the demons feel like they are all the way in but they are not.

well i tried as the wiki says and the leds are working normal, red led turns off when emulator is conected and the green one is flashing, could this be an issue with the license? i had another demon installed before this one, i un installed and put the new demon inside it do i need to send calvin the request for another licence to be there?

I am having the exact same issues. Is this because my registration information hasn't been returned yet? I just registered today, and was told I need to place an XML file in the eCtune directory. Is that correct?

My red LED does not turn off when I connect to the emulator. J12 is cut, I uploaded a baserom+calibration, and the CN2 cable is plugged in correctly. Why is the LED still on?
