setting up ebc in software?????
ok i have a few questions about the ebc. staring off it works great but i am having problems getting it configured right. i followed all of the steps from xenocron s write up and figured out all of my rough duty cycle %. i entered all of the values in the duty look up section and set it to boost by gear. now i had it working ok but when i play back my logs it shows for example target is 12 psi and base duty is 45% but it show actual duty to be adding 55 % and it is shooting past my target. i post a log. next what is the HZ suppose to be set at? i have had it set at 31HZ but i have also read to try 25HZ so i tried that last night and it isn't working like it was now. now it just hits the base duty and it isn't hitting the target so i changed it back to 31HZ and it still isn't working like it was, i thought i was having major creep problems but now i am thinking different. so any ways here is my current cal and 2 logs from last night so if some one could take a look and explain this to me i would greatly appreciate it. also it the tps multiplyer for the pot dial only or is it for half of the target at 50% tps where it would be 100% target at 100%tps? and why use the formula to get your waste gate activation point? i.e. i have a 4 psi spring in my gate so it would be .66 times 4.0 = 2.68 for waste gate activation. why not use 4 psi for the spring? thanks guys

i would say turn off closeloop ebc leave tps multplier/rpm multipler stock use fixed duy to setup psi vs duty then go from there. there is a how to wiki and forum. http://wiki.ectune.com/index.php/How-To_Guides
