License renewal/new license/license problems

People, I see a topic on HT regarding me sending lics out. Can everybody send me a email who is waiting for a license. info @ ectune.com I send out as much licenses as possible. If i see a registration i search the license database for the same email address or name. If i can't find it i delete the registration record. If it's under an different vendor i notify the user and vendor that registered. Lot of people also registering ectune for nothing. Sorry for that some people did not get there license. If somebody bought ectune from a vendor and they don't register with the vendor's installer your registration goes under ectune(main vendor). i look it up and don't find anything. only with admin account i can find it.
