What are the corrections doing at idle? Maybe some correction is messing things up. When al parameters are normal the only correction should be ign/IAT. All the others must be 0.

I'm curious what idle corrections are you talking about? Everything seems to be at 0 @ 194 degrees @ idle @ 1250rpms.. unless I am missing something. But IAT, ECT, Idle ingition are all at zero in that range while it go's pig rich or idles fine. It never goes it another cell when that happens if that makes sense. **edit: I will check the ectune software tonight and post any values I find. Will also work on logs, I parked the car for a little while till I get this straitened out. Its getting about 140 miles to $40 worth of gas right now.. I'd like to get this straitened out by the end of the month so I can take it down to Import Alliance and not have to trailer it. on the plugs.. NGK R5672A-8 # 7173 Is what I am currently running, they are pretty fresh with less than 500 miles on them I have 8 fresh ones never used. I had switched to them from the bke7s. I still have a few sets of these but they are used from previous turbo setups. I also have 12 more of the NGK R5671A-8 # 4554 that I have never installed or used. I run .32 gap, I normally try to run the biggest gap possible without blowing out spark. Thanks for your alls time, dk

I yanked out the precision 1000cc injectors and had some precision 680cc injectors to put into there place. The air fuel fluctuation seems to be fixed now. Is there a way to send the 1000cc injectors back to precision to have them fix them? Thanks everyone for your help and time.

If you have a recipt for them and they are less than a year old, I don't see why they wouldn't take them back. Just write them an e-mail and tell them the situation and I'm sure they will have you send yours in and send you a set of replacements or have those fixed for you.

ok cool I'll check that out. I actually bought them off hondatech so Im sure there prob not under any kind of warranty. I would however like to send them back for repair though. I'm pretty sure I will max out thoughs 680ccs with anymore than 17-18psi.

Ah ok. Yea well if you send them, I am sure they can test them for you and fix the bad one (s). If not, there is an online place believe its called injector rehab. They should be able to repair them. I will double check the website and post up a link for you. Just check the website and it doesn't say anything about repair but mentions something about cores so I'm not sure what the deal is. If you want you can check them out anyways....http://injector-rehab.com/index.htm
